Backyard on Blake is the first development of Fiona Arnold, the president and founder of Denver-based real estate and business development firm, MAINSPRING Co. Founded in the belief that people, place and community matter above all else, MAINSPRING seeks to develop spaces that enhance communities by bringing people together. And BYOB is no exception.
Here at the Backyard, we value our place in the RiNo Art District community and recognize that small business is the lifeblood of our city. We are proud of the fact that many of our tenants are first time business owners, entrepreneurs and women.
