Housed in a gorgeous 1930’s warehouse and newly conceived Backyard building, tenant spaces at BYOB are designed for retail, creative, office and restaurant use. Most spaces open to the lovely courtyard and all tenants have access to amenities such as bathrooms, a shower room, conference room, rooftop deck and the courtyard. Paid monthly parking is available.

We feel incredibly lucky to be a part of the Backyard on Blake community! The diverse group of independent businesses, most of which are woman-owned, the beautiful, sunny courtyard, and the lush rooftop gardens are just a few of the things that make this place truly special. It is an almost-hidden gem within this exciting, burgeoning neighborhood.
