MAINSPRING Developers creates special places in urban communities in Denver, focusing on the intersection between existing and architecture and new uses that foster, enhance, support and revitalize communities. Micro-local communities will become incredibly important to the vitality of a city like Denver, as more and more people yearn for housing, employment, services and products in their inner city neighborhoods – and responsible development must have at its core the components that allow residents to find their own sense of community and connection in that tight urban environment. By first understanding the community and its direction, MAINSPRING renovates and rehabilitates properties in unique ways to serve the existing community, foster improved work/live opportunities and create lasting anchors.
